JAM, i am down. i talked to tad last weekend about doing some filming chase at his house with his ski and mine.

JAM, you got any suggestions? My family has a D40 that mostly my dad and I use at the lake and the mx track...but I haven't done anything with the settings...just point and click which makes good pictures, but nothing like what you have.

Does it have mostly to do with the time I shoot at (aka location/lighting) or the camera?

mr roboto, well timing is everything. Just being in the right place at the right time and knowing how to use the settings on your camera will let you take any shot you want. Set the camera to manual and start messing with the f'stops and shutter speeds, play around some and you will get it.
