is it a 30 series or a 40 series TAV ? 30 series is 3-8 hp. 40 series is 8-18 hp. I was told if it's under 10 hp use the 30 series _________________ Go Balls Deep Or Go Home |

then as long as it's bore size will fit your engines crankshaft which is probably 3/4" then it should work just fine . . . . Is it a 10 tooth or 12 tooth ? You might wanna take that into consideration as well even though you could always change it later if you want _________________ Go Balls Deep Or Go Home |

I'm using the 10/60 setup on my 8hp which is the 10 tooth TAV and a 60 sprocket . . . I think most people are running 12/72 on the 6.5hp motors but I'm not 100% sure http://iwinchglobal.com/winchgallery.html <------ Have you been here ? _________________ Go Balls Deep Or Go Home |

I don't see a problem using the 10 tooth on a 6.5 . . . There are people using 10/72 and 10/60 on a 6.5 _________________ Go Balls Deep Or Go Home |
