TOTALVID.COM ???

so i saw in another thread about buying sfumato off this site called totalvid.com. paid 4 bucks to be able to download it and watch for a week.
i set up an account and paid, and have been trying to watch the vid but it is a pain in the ass to get working.
they suggest using internet explorer 5 or better so i even went through all the b/s and downloaded explorer service pack 3.
still won't work and i'm ready to start swinging on my goddamn monitor.
i even sent a hasty message to the customer service.
anyways, anyone ever used this site before?? is it legit??



so after all they didn't have sfumato available for download. it's acool concept though.
