I have been saving up for a digital slr. i inherited my grandpa's cameras. looking at the pentax site i have to decide between the K200d and the K10d. I like that the K10d has weather resistant seals, but my lenses aren't weather resistant. i know pentax isn't the best for shooting sequences but i have a bunch of lenses that will fit the K mount.
so here is my collection thus far

Pentax PZ-10 35mm body
Pentax K1000 35mm body

28-80mm Lens (pentax AF)
70-200mm lens (takumar AF)
100-400mm lens (phoenix AF)
49mm lens (manual focus pentax)
and a 2x tele converter

any recomendations/help would be awesome

EJazzle, i looked at some adapters and i don't think it will work with the autofocus, (if i am wrong please let me know) so i started looking at canons and nikons on dpreview.com. I just bought a Nikon D1h to use for action shots. So pumped!

Now i am cruising ebay looking for lenses. Are there any brands to avoid? I don't want to buy the ERA of lenses.

like always any recommendations/help would be awesome

SwissArmyKnife, D1h... THATS SICK!!!! since you have a Nikon, i would stick with Nikon lenses, that is all i use. dpreview will be your best friend for a while!

JAM is a really really good photographer and really know what he is doing. so just shoot him a PM i'm sure he will answer any ? you have.
