|
|
Heres some pictures of my 41 flat cassett. I bought it in 01' and this winter i added concave, kicktails and fiberglassed and knotched the bottom. I rode it this weekend for the first time, ride well gripper while turning then a normal skate with no fins. I can feel the concave and kicktails when riding too. I think im going to make the knotches on the bottom deeper because i want i little more grip when jumping the wake. They dont seem to affect butter slides at all.

| It breaks loose really easily on the water, so it works fine for shuvits. It weighs the same as my 03' 43 Mcguckin. The only differece i can feel between this skate and my new on is that this one had less rocker, and that is not that noticable when on the water. The bottom has a couple coats of epoxy and a layer of fiberglass so i bet it will hold up on rails really well.
