You guys have some interesting hip. I call my hip of choice the Goodwill hip. Nearly everything I wear is from a thrift store. Tight girls pants are a given, but also the so-called New York style: faux leather jackets, double breasted coats, sports jackets, emo hoodies, collared button-ups and scarves(which I use cautiously now). Plus you could get a couple outfits worth of this stuff for what you would pay for a Volcom T at the mall...

actually where i come from hip is raised trucks, tight wranglers and a buttom up flanel with a cowboy style tie. Oh and don't forget the cabela's sticker in the back window. Its a game of who farms the biggest field.

where I come from hip is pretending you are a surfer which makes me laugh when I see a kid you know doesn't surf I always want to ask what kind of board he rides but I bought a shirt that says you don't surf.

Down here in GA if you have a John Deere trucker hat, a 4 wheel drive truck, and a redneck accent, you can have a big cokc sticking out of your forehead and still be popular.

yeah gotta back grouch on the so cal scene, but you forgot the sideways trucker hat over the bandana, with the scruffy long dyed black hair in the lifted f-350, and expensive ass von zipperglasses blasting any kind of pop punk/eminem/puff daddy out of a billion dollar stereo slash miniature movie theater with 8 million tv screens and a crooked volcom sticker in the rear window, and an arm with a famous stars sweatband hangin out the window

Down here. Jacked up truck with mudstains, cowbell hanging from the tow package. John deere hat. Huge belt buckle. I think I've actually got a cow bell in my room somewhere from one of those guys' trucks.
