all raven does is ride his boards. Cool

I'm crippled because in order for me to ride a board, I need to have one in my collection.

and I can say that raven should still have an 04 reed, but I'm pretty sure he gave it one of his signature, custome paint jobs. One of his reeds is stuck in the muck, which is a damn shame (same with an 03 4 trac).

brett's got the bad ass photos, as always. All the boards in the world would never look as good as the tower...

electricsnow, forgot to tell you, that guy that had the 04 Reed changed his mind on selling it. The search is still on! I would like to find one with at least part of the graphic on.

all I can say is good luck! They're ridiculously hard to find, especially with the graphic on (in any capacity) because they peeled off like, Oh, I don't know...MAD fast.

There really hasnt been any threads on this site like these in a wile or prob ever (this one and the cassette one). these have really put me in a good mood about skating and reminds me of what it WAS.

I just want there to be cassette again. I know this might be the worst thing to ever say but why dosnt LF do a throwback deck or somthing? I mean cassette IS LF and im sure they have all the rights. Even invove thomas again, you know it DOES take financial backing for a company to be successful. i just think we are missing out on alot of steps in the right directions because people are afraid to step others toes. just look back and see what we had and if you think about it there seems to be a large void in our sport. It needs to be and art again.

Cassette is independent of LF (and always was, minus distribution and other aspects that LF was able to assist in), so they don't have any rights to any cassette stuff. (I will not expand on that!)

And I will not speak on behalf of anyone, but you also have to consider that it takes two to make this sort of thing work. Would LF really want to do a retro cassette deck or collaboration, considering they have their own team and own line? Would thomas want to be involved with LF at this point? I do know that he does not regret doing the cassette thing on his own after the whole LF money thing back in late 02 and early 03, even though some think he should have stayed with LF.

Ultimately, I believe that thomas will come back with a line and it will be on his terms, and when that happens, it will have been worth the wait. I would keep the faith if you really feel the way you do, because it's pretty clear to me that others have not...

anyway, I will try to get a pic of the boards that I have sitting out tomorrow and it will be a gigantic skate collage of various sorts...

Actually, here's a bi-level one I did almost a year ago...

Raven, that one huge skateboard in the pic, is that an OFF ROAD board? If so, how much skin have you lost from riding that thing?

haha yo raven i noticed the wakeboard. man those HO's bring back memories, i learned how to wakeboard on one of those. you still have the wakesandals with purple heel straps on the top of that?

thats a pretty sick modification on that board, is that for mountain boarding?
