That is the most non-understandable question EVER. There are books at the library that will help you learn english

Todd, it's not that hard to figure out what he meant. He probably just made a mistake, all you got to do is look at the forum its under, "rails", so just assume he is talking about a rail. If I am wrong then ok, but thats not hard to figure out.

Also, don't go around judging when your own English isn't even perfect while your telling someone to go to a library. I can point out multiple mistakes in your reply. Although I am not mean enough to make you look like that big a fool.

Build the rail put it wherever the hell you want. And when the DNR come and hassle you tell them to F-off. THen they will probably burn it in front of your eyes. It will be worth it if you get it on film...one persons terrible examples will result in someone eles's inspiration.

I was just wondering the same things, so I called the DNR office for my state. They said that you need for permit for the lake it will be on and to contact the county of the lake.
It's as easy as that. Call the DNR office, or the coast guard (whichever applies to you) and ask them.

yea i put a rail out on my lake, and i had to call the DNR and they sent me a paper that i had to fill out telling where the structure would be...and a detailed drawing of what the structure looked like. Its pretty much the same kind of permitt you would have to apply for if you wanted to put a ski jump out on a lake.
