Dave, if they had snowboarding, i'd be there too! Anyway, your topic sounded familar, and then I remembered that I read about it on sack lunch a little while ago. Here's a link to the article:

It's funny, sack lunch also made fun of my local ski hill for calling their end of the season celebration "avalanche days." too bad I caught that article too late, because I couldn't actually read it...but it's funny that they found out about it. blah blah...blah.

| yeah but it's not the same thing as going to the ocean and surfing, I would rather be in the real ocean and look behind me and see nothing but ocean part of the fun of surfing is finding the surf and waiting and then once you get surf your just totally stoked. |

exactly. I cant tell you how many times ive sat for a half hour waiting, then the time comes and you ride for 10 seconds and are soo stoked. awesome feeling.
Also about the surf park.. i hope you guys saw the prices.. you cant jsut go there like odub and pay for an alll day pass, you need a membership to go.. which isnt toooo cheap at all.. |
