hey i have a giant sheet of Fiber Reinforced Plastic, its the stuff they have on the bathroom walls of 7 11s and stuff i was wondering if this would work well on a flatbar?

that stuff should be working well. you gotta be aware though that when you cut it all those little fibres will be sticking out. you have to sand it down and seal it afterwards. actually: skip sealing!
another thing. when screwing it down you should use less torque as if screwing in pvc or such cause the GFK will tend to crack.
how thick is that stuff btw?

i use it on boxes and kickers.........ive never sealed it.........works great

the textured stuff slides well but its hard to countersink because its thin.

shoot it down with a roofing nail///the nails are super flat and will work fine
