it works fine. slides good. breaks easy. the PVC sheeting is money if you got the funds.

i did some tests with trex and pvc so i could have an excuse to build a rail and the pvc just puts white streaks on your skate if you don't mind that it slides fine.

pvc is also round. no flat edge. Alot of people used to make silders out of pvc till trex/pvc sheating came so populat. a squared top of rail is so much nicer then round pipe

if you hit pvc to much at a time it melts on to your board. atleast that happend to me. use wax and try to keep it wet. Wink

theres nothing wrong with pvc if you got it use it trex is expensive and you have to keep it wet to slide but pvc does not connect good so you cant make rails that long

nothing wrong with it, but use the pvc like siding/decking sheets, you can build a sick flat bar with a couple 2 by 6's and a sheet of 1 by 6 pvc, slides nice too, not too fast either.

Yeah, it's so hard to make a flatrail with a lip out of pvc. i tore my wakeboard channels off the side of my board on the one i built.
But if it matters to anyone, PAM works pretty well in place of wax. Smash

pvc cracks really easy. i made a rail last summer of pvc pipe and second hit it broke like 3 places.
