It is Absolutely impossible fior me to pull the rope out with TAV2 1inch. That's f'd up that you can't use the copper idler bushing on this one. WTF - Any Suggestions?

I had this exact problem, i hope you figured it out by now. but when it happened to me it was caused because the belt was to tight. i sprayed a little bit of WD-40 underneath the belt and i sanded the sides of the belt. it wore in a little more and now i don't have the problem anymore.

good luck, and i hope that made sense

yeah, i haven't tried any WD40 yet buy I have noticed that with some use, the belt streches a little and wears on the sides making it much easier. Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it. I have my new winch in parts while the frame is off getting powder coated. I should sand the edges of the belt down a little bit to make it even easier. I can't wait to get it back though.

Since the TAV I'm buying is 3/4" will I have a problem with pulling the rope out as well?

MTwakeRaiderz, is your chain too tight... when i had our chain on super tight we couldnt pull it out at all... but when the chain loosened up it got easier and easier... this was with a 3/4 in shaft

there is a spring in the tav pully you have to adjust by loosening the nut a little.
