i have a brand new honda 13hp engine, would it be more trouble than its worth to use this motor ? jeff knox help me as im a bigger guy, and 6.5 will def do it for me but would be nice to have that extra umpfff |

the 13hp is sometimes not worth it... its harder to find parts and when you do find them they tend to be much more $$... there was a guy in europe who built a 13hp winch and decided to downgrade to the 6.5 because the extra hp was unnecessary and the 13 hp engine was just too heavy...
now if you already have the 13hp for free you could definately make a winch from it... it just might take alittle more planning.... the hardest part would be finding a heavy duty clutch and gearing it right... just depends on what you want... its mostly preference _________________ PAVT since '05/'06 |
