I spent the better half of yesterday hitting this rickity 40 ft rail that was about 2 1/2 ft out of the water. I was wondering if any of you have any tips as to help me keep the board with me as I leave the rail. I seem to just try to reach to the water and land with my legs fully extended and bail. Little rails aren't a problem but after about 2 ft I loose the board.

Thanks

man you ever dropped penny and a feather at the same time? its nothing like that, keep your legs bent your board will not leave your feet dont be scared, and i honestly doubt that your good enought to ollie onto a 2 1/2 foot tall 40 ft rail and not good enough to ride off of it???? that just dont make since. just keep your legs bent the whole time and if that dont work, shuvit off that beast

I can ollie onto it backside boardslide and ride up it fronstside lip. It is one of the rails with only 1 incline. like this /------ . I can ollie the nose onto it and get pulled up onto it. Also I can crouched the whole time I just can't seem to land crouched. I think I don't post on here as much as I used to because of jackoffs like ryan lemons , their comments get real old real fast.

PS I am still rehabing my lead knee after surgury kept me out for all last year, so I am having alot of landing problems due to weakness.

Todd,
I think you took that the wrong way. Ryan was simply trying to say that he knew you could make the slide since you were already making the ollie onto it.
