I have a lakehouse building on hartwell right now that should be done in july. im psyched and can't wait till it's done. Already has a dock on it so i go up there almost everyweekend. Heres a pic from whats going to be the upstairs guest room and a pic from the dock. We are still working on fixing up the dock.
