i am buliding the winch withmvpaintballer88, and we are really considering bullet line but also we really want something that foates. and does anybody use bullet line with a spool that uses the six bolts insead of the cylinder, cause i have heard about peoples bullet line cracking the coating on the boltes. if that makes since

I have that set-up and I havn't noticed any trouble with it at all but I havn't had all of the rope out yet. I've only taken about 500fT out and the spool set-up has worked pefect for me.

JB_CANSKATE, are you talking about the bullet line, and the spool with bolts, i assume, and if so how many bolts are you running and what size of bolts.

Yea I bought 600Ft of Bulletline and I have 14.25" ID, 7.5" ID, 6 " Wide. I used 1/2 theaded rod for the 6 rods.

thanks man i just ordered the bullet line 600 ft, are spool is almost the same just with 15 OD, and does the roller fairlead hurt the rope at all.

hey JB_CANSKATE, what is the gearing you are running, i am assuming certrifical cluch 12 t, 60 tooth sprocket, and what size engon are you running, and what speed does it pull at.

I use raw amsteel rope... I've beat the hell out of it and only had one break so far. I used my boy scout skills and tied a knot that has only come untied once Laughing its cheap, light and durable... I really like it.
