Byerly Legacy size issue

I ordered a Byerly Legacy 42 (2007), i already had a Byerly 107 (2005).

When i received the new Byerly it felt a lot larger, after measuring it, it was a lot larger!!! Shocked

Fact: 42inch is the same as 107cm

the new byerly 42 is 43,3inch!! a differents of 3 cm!

isn't it strange?

I have an 05 also and I thought it was a liitle big but that thing looks huge.

maybe the top deck part is the 42 inches they measure..

what about the 06 byerly is it good. i know its composite but is it better than the 07. what do u think

Top deck is 40,3inch! 102,5cm.

I rode an 05 byerly the other day and thought it was pretty big. the legacy looks like a friggin tank tho!

yeah i was planning on getting the legacy but it looked way too big i used to ride the 05 byerly until someone stole it out of my buddys boat one night. i really loved the shape of it so i went with the catalyst 2.0. the legacy is sick tho

Wakeness450, imo, theyre nice. i like how the new stuff has kind of a "tattoo" type look about it.

Yeah i noticed that too at the shop. The 39 is really a 40.5 or 41. So That worked out nice for me because i didnt get the 42 (or 43.5 -44) board. I thought that was strange i did a comparison of the Cataylte 112 beside the 42 and they we almost the same size. But the byerly 107 (catalyst 2.0) was the same size as the byerly 39. Plus i measured it and it wa slonger. SO I HAVE THAT TOO!!!

P.S the grafics are pimp. I really like them. They stand out.

How do you guys feel the board rides though...does it ride like a 44" board . Do you notice the extra 2". Personally with the new design I would think it would feel like it rode a lot smaller with the tails set higher off the deck??
