lake tarpon, I'm using an 8HP engine with a CVT 41. The brand is called Branco. It's produced here in Brazil but they use the same project as Honda. Here is the picture http://www.branco.com.br/website/img/produtos/p_mt_4t80h.jpg

Here is it.. Finished and Tested.

PS.: The only thing I want to change is the rope'. That's a .8mm that doesn't float. I want to get an 600feet Bullet winch rope. What do you think?!

S!c, dude one of the cleanest winches ive seen.. hows it working without the fairlead?..8hp with the TAV.. that seems perfect. post some vid!
