if its a public lake you dont have to do anything to get the ok . . . but i recammend you dont leeve it there for more than a week at a time because i did that once and i got alot of complants about it so if u put it in a safe place like neer the side of the lake with like some bright orange flag sticking out of the side or something like that then i dont think you should have any problems with it. if its a private lake im not sure about all of em but my local private lake lets me set up a smal box 6'x8' near the side but i have to put it on the shore when im done with it. _________________ dont put something off till tomorrow when you can do it today. |

My lake has a large amount of undeveloped forest around it and we have several hidden out there that we pull out and set up when we want to use. Technically we aren't supposed to build them without a permit which is impossible to get and can be fined but we have not had any problem with authorities mainly its jerks who find them and destroy just to be buttholes. We have had several destroyed or burned. Its a pain but we just rebuild them. |

i've never heard of a lake that you have to pay and go through gates.
i know here in tennessee on tva lakes they're illegal unless you have a permit. but we just hit ours and then take it out. |
