OK I can't do fs 180's but I can do fs shuvits so...
Go out on your heelside of the wake with your front foot far up the nose and hanging off your toeside edge. Your back foot should be roughly in the middle of the back of the board. Then kick your back foot out and bring your front foot in and watch the board and stomp it when it gets around 180. Hope thta made sense to you, good luck.

do it with two hands on the handle first. cut out on your heelside, ollie, and release your front hand allowing the rope to spin your body, and th board. land with the handle behind your hip. t'll make easier to ride away caus you won't slip out.

Ok, fs 180's are pretty simple. (I dont know if this will work for you but this is how I do em) You want to go out of the wake on your heelside and let go of the rope with one hand BEFORE you do the ollie. Make sure you ollie hard in order to keep the board stuck to your feet while in the air. Remember that the rope won't be able to do all of the work for you like on a wakeboard, so you need to use some effort to bring the board with you. Once you ollie, use your front foot to level out as usual, but also use it to force the front of the board around and behind you. (kind of just stomp it down before the board leaves your feet) It might look/feel a little sketchy at first, but once you get used to it you can clean it up.

its easier to learn if you do some ollie fs 90's then slide the last 90, and then when you get comfy and the feel of riding away switch, the whole 180 will come nice and clean.
