Since this can't be called a k-grind because there is no trucks or wheels to grind with, what would this be called? He stays this way the whole length of the rail. It was on some kampus promo...

I dont think u need the trucks in order to call it a k grind cuz in snowboarding the call the crooked tail slide/press a smith grind so i dont know, other than than a crooked noseslide. I know that it orginated for the skateboarding and with the trucks but i dont know if just has to be exclusive to that hmmmmm.... others?

i would call it a nosepress myself. i know everyone is going to say a nosepress is straight on, but IMO it can be tweaked out sideways too. its like snowboarding, pros do tweaked nosepresses on handrails and shizzle.

The pro snowboard usually name trick just like skateboarding due to the influence of it and pretend that they have the trucks on the board when nameing tricks for example zach leach and the smith grind in pop by absinthe films.

to me it seems like the board is flat and i would just call it a nose slide, if it should be called a k-grind it should be like that but with a nosepress. du you understand what i mean?

I would just call it "SICK" and leave it at that. I think when ever people see something new they are way to eager to see "the newest trick" instead of just being stoked on someones w/ mad "steeze" Cool

anyway just my thoughts.

PIRATE,

You have to say YO anytime you use the phrase "Mad Steeze"

i.e. Pirate has Mad Steeze Yo!

that pic is pretty sick. its the same thing as a crooked grind on a skateboard but without the trucks but its still a crooked grind, at least to me. just because it is a different sport doesnt mean everything needs a new name. thats why wakeboard trick names always confused me.
