just take like a tennis ball or something and walk around your house passing it behind your back. it helps for all kind of handle passes

after some work on them i found when learning it helps to pop a big shuv catch it then spin a late bs 180

ive gotten em more consitetent where u land it wrapped and then get the handle and ride off switch
