seven11dmd, I agree with you on the school first. Wakeskating will bring food to the table, if your have the right sponsors and competion winings than your set, look at Grubb.. I think it would be very hard to be pro and go to college full time, part time would work better.. Right now the sport and the companys are in a slow process (money wise) not like wakeboarding. Our sport is smaller but growing, soon pros will be getting the right pay when the board companys all grow larger.

contests do suck...no lie. it costs a ton of money, you're sitting around all day, and you get to ride for like 3 minutes. it is fun to see a bunch of different people doin their thing though, and at a place like the projects there's for sure gonna be some dope rails and interesting objects set up (cant wait to see this years pool gap).
