Hey guys

Just wondering if anyone could give me a pointer. Around 50% of the time when doing shov's or 360 shov's i find that i get pulled forward so when i land back on the board there's more of a bounce action and i get pulled over, just hoping some of you guys would have any pointers?

Cheers

relax, loosen up, land more on the back of the board, spread your feet, there could be numerous reasons y u might be pulled off, just practice practice practice.

midnightoil, used to have the same problem its all about bending your knees and also try scooting your front foot back a little. I promise you though that if you bend your knees you will land alot more.

if you get yanked forward it is also cause maybe the handle is too far away from you... When you get pulled if your arm is already extented you'll jump over the nose, but if you had the handle close to your waist during the trick you have your whole arm extension to counter this yank effect.

can also be all of what the guys said too ^^
