Parky, it is where the board does like a backflip around your back foot. the ones i was doing that are on film are kind of an impossible but the ones i was doing yesterday were better, more of a backflip. hopefully ill get one on film soon.

Umm... if you want to do a 360-flip, I'd just do your back foot like a 360-shuvit, but instead of sucking your front foot off the grip tape, flick it off the side of the board once you pop the board up. Then you just have to stay over it and catch it when it finishes the rotation. It would probably be pretty hard, though, but good luck if you want to try one, man. Maybe you could watch some footy of some pro skateboarders doing them?

i thought you said it was a lot like an impossible? i might wait a little while on that one. get some varial flips down good first.

It's different, but I think it takes about the same amount of skill; like both are basically extensions of a 360-shuvit, you know? So if you could do an impossible, you could probably land a 360-flip. (It just might take a while.)

skatingguy, i guess ill try but wouldnt a varial flip be easier to learn first?

Yeah, it probably would, but I think that with a 360-flip, you don't have to kickflip quite as hard, I think...you might just want to try both and see what seems easier. I'm pretty sure that a varial flip would be easier, but you never know.

(Plus a 360-flip would be way cooler than a varial flip.)
