Laughing

What is everyone doing now a days.

I nursed a pair of DVS Torey Lows through the summer and then used a pair of Vans Era's. I like them but they really dry out and get stiff.

What nikes are the team wearing?

I really wish I could buy a pair direct from Remote's page or WM. Or they got a Amazon Direct link deal so we can support the team while getting them direct.

I guess Ambush is the next best thing, its as close as I can get to local, and they help out so...thats nice.

Help me pick out some binders!

I really like when they have a thick foam heel edge, keeps it from rubbing blisters when walking and after they get hard

Those eras have a pretty good foam edge , but I feel like the soles on vans get hard on bottom, and they glue the liner to paper, so you have to remove them and throw in a pair of liners out of the DVS Casette shoe, which seems to be the best inner sole when wet. that foam (if clean) is super planted.

The thing about those dvs was no foam edge, and they were cut super low. But I am a huge fan of the zigzag bottom sole on the dvs, it stays gummy for a long time.

Found these bad boys need a 10 tho.

I've got the adidas lucas puig right now--I think they look fresh, but they've also got a mesh construction (Sorry for the rhyme). Before that I rode the adidas busenitz vulc and also really loved those. I'd go back to those in a heartbeat.

Most Nike guys seem to ride the janoskis or the cory kennedy signature shoes.

electricsnow, is spot on with the lucas. A little on the pricey end but I've been skating and wakeskating in them and the board feel is incomparable plus theres some mesh on the sides that really lightens it up

POPTART, I've been riding the SB Portmore's, they're super light and holding up well for the lower price point. The Lucas' do look sick though!

New balance? more like NO BALANCE.

OMG I"M like billy madison over here!

I've seen very little of those shoes...they don't seem to have taken off as well as nike's and adidas's ventures into the skate world.

LakeLife, I rode the Portmores for a few months, definitely liked how light & simple they were...

Most of the past year I've been on the SB Blazer GT lows, with the gum soles. I can't get away from how much boardfeel I have with them & how solid they feel when I'm abusing the shi.t out of them Smash

I had a red pair of Mavrk Lows and loved them.

Right now its between , more vans, try some NB , or bite the bullet and spend the money on a pair of nike's.

I just ride nikes get them from the outlet. I had some normal shoes from walmart but they rubbed my feet raw and then being irritated just bought nike SB. They are comfortable, and holding up decent. I dont ride that often only about once a week... if that.
