Some plans are changing but everything is looking good. the main pond is ready to go and once it stops raining the dams are going in. hopefully in the next few weeks. just wanted to share a newer plan I made. hope everyone is stoked

just curious , whats your estimated budget over or under 100k?
p.s. please build that shizzle,,, im stoked to hit some of the beginner drops plus everyone here will definitely visit after watching the development,,,,,,
most importantly virginia is closer then florida for me!

I'm sure there is going to be some expenses I haven't accounted for yet be but I'm expecting it to be pretty close to 100k. Fortunately my parents are letting me use their land saving me a lot.
