It's still in the early stages but next summer I'm opening a wakeskate oriented 2.0 park in Virginia. There are so many parks that are building drops but they all are wakeboarding oriented and can be scary as hell to hit. I want there to be a place with drops that beginners and pros alike will feel comfortable hitting. My park is going to have a 2.5 ft drop followed by a 4.5 ft drop both around 80ft wide and all the rails will be made perfect for wakeskating. I am hoping you guys will take a trip out to Virginia once everything is done and come shred.

Awesome. Too bad Virginia is a little to far away from the Great NorthWest. I hope this catches on.

I want to build some cabins and do some package deals where I can pick you up from the airport and supply housing. I recently flew from Orlando into Roanoke airport, which is about 30 miles from where the park will be, and with Allegiant Air it was only $120 round trip! I think it will definitely be worth the trip for everyone.

alexxx, because you have Ski Rixen, Miami Watersports Complex, Keys Cable and a TON of waterways/ lakes to shred on top of beach winching.
Great concept and I'm stoaked to see the out come! The wake industry needs more of these 2.0 style parks popping up.

treyseneff, looks super rad! one suggestion, however. maybe create a separate area for the 2.5ft drop, rather than having it be followed up by a 4.5ft? it might be easier to teach people how to hit drops, and say it takes the average beginner 20 tows to successfully ride away from the 2.5, that's a lot of stopping and starting when other guys are waiting in line to ride.
Maybe have a winch-specific drop on the opposite side of the pond that can serve as the learning area, or something of that nature. just a suggestion though, this is your masterpiece!

Miami is choppy as the ocean, Rixen is full of kneeoboading children and frootbooters that make the line unbearably long, Keys is 3-4 hrs away and lacks obstacles, but is the most fun outa the three... but also the farthest from me. If that was close I would have a season pass instantly. And im talkin about a more wake skate friendly joint like this one is lookin like!

-=AlexXx=-, the last thing SoFla is lacking in it's opportunities for wake sports lol. Orlando looks like swiss cheese with all the lakes and waterways.

johnnyk, I was thinking about adding a small drop on the beginner side eventually, seems like a good winter project, but I just couldn't pass up of the idea of 2 drops in a row

Need help to run it in the future? I know it's a bit early to start thinking about that but I thought I'd throw my hat in anyway .
Excellent work!
