Gnarly Dancer 42, nice little vid.

Here is a company that makes wooden decks - powsurf.com

I am making a composite deck that will be asymmetrical with concave.
It should be done in a week or two.

Gnarly Dancer 42, different tool for different riding.

Keep progressing your deck. It looked to be performing well, just need to work out the durability issue and you are set.

miller, do you have any ideas for what would work best for the sides?

I put two thin layers of wood on one side (because I couldn't find a thick one in my garage) but that didn't last long which wasn't much of a surprise.

I'm thinking maybe just a thicker layer of wood for the sides. But it needs to be lighter somehow also Confused Surprised

I was going to say wood but how about some sort of dense plastic.
Have you had your best results with with something solid between the decks or would having something solid just at where tucks would be, be an option

can you post some pictures of the board in it's current state and maybe some detail shots of the interfaces? Makes it definitely easier to understand. to every problem there is a sollution.
