How much is it to have a waterjet company fabricate spool walls for your winch? I have seen grinder blades used for them but they seem makeshift.

a friend of mine used thick plastic and cut it out with a Jig saw. Super cheap super easy. It' like the plastic in cutting boards or something. I could ask him where he got the thick stuff if your interested.

Jazzbox, my supplier cuts them pretty cheap.... If you are unsatisfied with the bid you get I could ship two spool walls to you for a fair price. Haha dude your in slc!? I seriously live 80 miles north of you in Logan UT! Go figure

bs have you ridden at benson recreation area? I just did on last Saturday and it was a blast. shallow, no one is ever there so its always glassy, close to Logan. We stopped there on the way back from a Bear Lake getaway.
Jazzbox, as I have said on many other of your posts, I am also from SLC and would be happy to ride with you if you want. Also, I just barely finished building a winch and can provide you with tons of pointers on where to get stuff. Like the spool walls for instance, I found the perfect thing here locally, already cut, for like 8 bucks each. PM me or respond here on this thread if you want help.
