you should knock on the persons door whos backyard that is in and say hey
"hey i gotta winch,and i want to get wet, can I make some noise in that pond behind your house?"
then give him maybe a dollar or dollar fity,
then winch it in a gorilla suit, dis works

It's in North/central California.
First picture is the normal level it's at during the summer, second picture is when the river is overflowing and the last is when the stop letting water out of a dam a few miles up river from the gap.

I don't know, I need to check it out and get some updated pictures to see just how big it is and make sure it's hitable. These pictures here are giving me knee surgery flashbacks.
Need to hurry up and get some robot legs.
