JB_CANSKATE, problem is, if u attach the spool on the rear axel, the wheels will go as the spool does, and that may not end too well Razz. U have to like take the wheels off or something

JonnyBravo, steak the front end down and have the rear end resting on something so that the wheels and spool can spin freely in the air.

I wasn't really serious about that second pic tho. Its not really practical IMO

we have been workin on a wagon winch for a lil bit and it should be done soon. comes fully equiped with cooler, cd player, and board racks

if you google the page they have clutch transmision for 40 bucks! could that work with the winch?
