hey doods i need some help. my setup atm is honda 9hp, tav2, 10:60 ratio with roughly a 9.5 diameter spool (the rope fully pulled in is about 9.5"). its not fast enough though! i for some tricks its fine like shuvs and shi but for kickies its not fast enough and for some drops its not fast enough. what is the easiest way to speed this baby up Twisted Evil i dont want to have to weld a new sprocket but i will if i have to. im thinking i could maybe make the spool thicker? tell me what you guys think. THANKS!

your best bet is to step down the gearing ratio, go to 5:1 or even slightly less, post some pics of your winch so we can analyze other methods based on your particular set ups

sorry been up to the cottage but yeah here is a picture... the only differences is that the spool is full of rope making it about 9.5" and the spool in the pic is 1:7 and now i have it at 1:6

you will likely want to replace your sprocket with a smaller one
