I deleted my original post because I was choked up on da haterade, and it was just an all around unnecesarily negative post in a tone that shouldn't be used anywhere, not in church, ur mother's house, or the ws.com community,

nick is right I was being towel-esque b/c not long ago I was attacked at a slightly stoopid concert and chop blocked by two people I didn't know, only to have a 6 month recovery time slapped on ma ass, my genuine opinion about nick and this video is ,

as far as flat riding goes this video is pretty progressive, f/s flip , b/s flip, hardflip, varial heelflip and big flip in the same session is unheard of, who am i kidding.

you just can't deny nick taylor has progressed ws to a higher level, it always seems like ur waiting for nick taylor to put out a video to see the newest, cleanest shizzle landed, and that big flip was huge,

three years ago it was a huge deal to see a b/s flip,

If someone said f/s flip , b/s flip, hardflip, varial heelflip and big flip were landed in one session five years ago you would have never beleived them in a million years, wakeskating progression ftw

It's not that I enjoy watching people fall. Although, I sometimes do like to get the whoa factor when watching falls. Like at the beginning and end of more than machines. Then watch the guys land the trick. I like to watch a badass line of tricks without the guys falling too.

I get what you're all saying about showing falls and what not, but overall the video seems like a pretty laid back shoot and was a byproduct of jeff mckee's curiosity. Nick fell a few times and they showed it--not a big deal. it's not like they're hyping that video up to be the next best thing.

Anyway, I don't mind the falls so much because lately I've been thinking about that florida water and how nice it is to be in it. Cool

dirtyohioriver22,

I agree with you on a few things, there are tons more progressive/rad videos being put out right now, and wakeskating has become much more dynamic than flatwater riding behind a sea-doo... but I think for this little video, you gotta see it for what it is.

About a week ago, I stopped by Clermont for a friend's birthday on my way up further north and some of the Alliance guys were there, so we went for a little sunset session to try and get some sweet photos. While Garrett Cortese was shooting photo sequences, Jeff McKee was learning how to use his new video camera. As electricsnow noticed, it was a pretty laid-back shoot and I wasn't exactly trying to get radical. Just trying to flow.

I don't know what whiny riding looks like, I don't know how you ride behind a tube, I have no control over what Alliance puts on the internet, you were stoked for me when I got my cover, and I don't know why you're being a towel... but I'm guessing it's because you hurt you knee, and sorry to hear about that, I know how bad that sucks.

but like I said, you just gotta take this one for what it is... I know it's crazy but some people still like watching mellow flatwater sea-doo riding, right along with concrete/barbed wire winching.

SLWK, Gregeo, echo724, coricluster, texasT, DaeDae, Thanks guys!

electricsnow, The way you explained it was dead on, once again...

EJazzle, That was a hardflip dabber, he didn't put in the varial heel and a number of other maneuvers. I'm guessing he was still getting his camera figured out or something...

I normally wouldn't reply to something like this to get defensive, usually just to say thanks for the stoke, but I actually liked how the video reflected the vibe of the session and I haven't been on AllianceWakeskate.com in a while, I thought it was sick to see some original content!

anyways, I'll try not to take it personal next time...

Killer! Good shredding as usual Nick. Haters gon' hate. Gaitors gon' gait, and so-on and so-forth.

i thought ws.com was for lovers not haters.

nick that was dope

too much stuff nowadays is way over edited with how good people are at editing and they tend to lose the vibe. i liked the fact that it wasnt fooled around with and it was just left skating. makes me jealous
