you can build anything, if you are dedicated and crazy enough =)

I started this last year when I came up with a total new idea of a wake box, that does not work the same way as the one in the link, but can flow realy much water with not to much motor effort. so I built a small model to see if I was on the right track, and it worked.
Than I had to pause that wake box plans for a year to do my electric one man winch projet

check it out! I have done 30 test pulls with it so far, And I have thrashed it 3 times (smashed the handle in the winched) , but the last test session whas realy a succsess. When its finished its going to be a killer winch =) But for now I will put it on hold to spring...

Now Iḿ building a scale modell (1:2) of the wake box I am planning to build, And if I succeed, than I will start build.

I dont think that it will be to expensive, 3000-4000 $ maybe.
and I have calculated with a whater flow of 70000+ liter/min (10 cm deep, and 1,5 m width, flowin 30 km/h)

But nothing i certain for now... =)

-=AlexXx=-, could go off of handle/rope tension tool, as long as their is weight on the handle it speeds up, if you fall/drop the handle your weight resitance is not there and the motor slows down.

kinda cool idea, but i donno if i would ever want to winch a gap completely alone... ive seen some brutal falls and ive even had to take oury to the hosptial cuz he didnt even remember who the president was or that he was even in Florida. I would never advise winching alone....

also how would u manage the speed? would it just be 1 speed?

On the wakebox, Im wondering what your gallons per minute are going to be? I imagine really high. are you planning on a resevoir system or some kind of continuous flow? Some fire highdrants can flow 1500 gallons per minute. If you have access.
