My best advice would be take a nice heelside edge out into the flats, bend down, pop your ollie and rotate your hips... let go of your front hand and it'll help move your shoulders along with the rest of your body

dont land on your heels

I just carve out, flatten off, let go with my lead hand and bring my back hand in a little and pop an ollie. Your body and board will naturally go 180

go out in the flats, level out and do one of two things, ollie then drop your front hand your youll just 180, or try and bring the handle to your opposite hip. whichever is more comfertable

Put a little more pressure than normal on your back hand against the line as you cut out and pop the 180. Start them small and under control, then move on to really popping them.

start by not worrying about the ollie to much and just kinda pop it small and get the spin. as you do that more you can pop it higher. thats how it worked for me
