Wow Guys,

It makes me really happy to see the gap better than it was before! Have fun with it, thanks for taking it off my hands, and I expect to see a lot of crazy things go down in the near future.

Sessioning the old pool gap at the Orlando Wakeboard Acadamy in the dark with Derek, Nick, Bobby and Reed was the best time I have had wakeskating. Good to see it is alive and well in a new home! The video was sweet, I wish I had a setup like that!

well it looks as that will be the first and last day of "James" pool gap, apparently the Home Owners flipped shizzle and I just got a letter in the mail that said if we don't seize action immediately yadda yadda and have plans to remove it then they are going to take further action of applying fines and take us to court! I tried to talked them into letting us have it for at least a week longer and they are not having it. They said they wont even be able to sleep at night worrying about the children, and I mentioned what children? They replied that children might fall into such pool and drown....such bogus because there is a pond right next to with no fence around it.

Anywho thanks again to everyone who helped make this possible, this thing is ready to be set up anywhere. So if anyone has any property in Orlando we can set this bad boy up on let me know!

a.townskates, I knew they'd say something about it, my parents were even trying to defend it! They didn't even have a good reason for us to take it down, man the HOA are a bunch of goombas

DAmn that is so lame.... what if you put a fence around it? Will that calm them down? Read your HOA rules see if there is anything in there about not having a "out of ground pool" because technically that is ALL that is..... Is it your property?

price.dan, -=AlexXx=-, what Lollar said, it looks like I already pissed them off and once that happens it turns into a battle that the HOA wins everytime.

Man that is crazy.... Its just an out of the ground pool, like i said. You need to bring that into consideration. Is that not aloud in your hood? Or can you put up a wood fence to block it from view from the other residents? So sad Sad that vid was so awesome.

I want it so bad I just don't have a place for it Sad

Seriously what kind of kid walking by would fall into it (they would have to be taller than the pool to fall and even then its more of a jump up into it) and drown before they realize they could standup and be safe? Rolling Eyes

We have the same crazy laws here...
dig a hole, call it a dam... no problemo...
dig a hole, call it a pool... and holy sheee-it... the council jumps on your head

on the other side of the argument...

In the past 10 years, Australia has lost more than 50 pre-school kids every year to drowning and between 2009-2010, 302 people in Australia drowned.
SO SHIZZLE DOES HAPPEN!!!

G.K.D., Ya, but thats not the preschoolers fault, thats the parents fault for not watching their children.... come on, u cant take your eyes off a kid that young, the statistics of kids swalling something they shouldnt have in their mouth or hitting their head is probably much higher.
