I found this in a lost folder on one of my drives... Watching it made me miss the way that board rode!! I miss you 4trac!!

that was awsome man, in 03 i would have been suckin on my mummas teet, not wakeskating. loved it dude. those super-mans were insane and it was 7 years ago!

nice! that 4-trac and wake edition getz shoes is a crazy set up! too bad you had to toss the shoes because those would be super rare.

one board I still want to get for my collection is the gate. I like keeping all of those weird hyperlites, and that board is no exception. even though I knew I'd never ride that board, I was really looking forward to actually seeing it because there was so much talk about it on the site and what not.

also, I think coldplay is bad to the bone and I don't care who knows it!

HA! is the gate really that rare? I was just wondering about that the other day. What a goofy wakeskate. I remember riding one way back when, there has got to be some laying around somewhere.

wakemitch, I would not want to buy it from him, as I know it was his first wakeskate. Wink

wakeskate77, wakemitch is teasing. The gate is out there, it's just priced higher than what I'd want to pay. and it was goofy! I was thinking about that awhile ago, just how hard it was claimed, but grubb and byerly didn't even ride it, nor did they adopt any of those features for their pro models (and they also helped design it).

Let me clarify: I don't want the gate to ride, i want the gate to go along with the banana boards and whatever other weird boards hyperlite made "back in the day." Laughing

OTT Productions, really enjoyed the video. Not a big Coldplay fan but somehow the music sure goes well to some good riding footy. Glad you ran across it on the HDD.

electricsnow, i have a gate in pretty good condition for sale if you are interested...it is most definitely used but no rails. I imagine you are looking for one in like new condition for your collection though. Completely understandable

i love my 4 tracs so much, still to this day have not found a board that rides close to as good as they do

electricsnow, I still have one of my gates and I might be able to get the other one back I let a friend use long ago... I'll check.
