if you skate and you are trying an fs 180 then just put the handle in your back hand and do it like on a skate. i also throw my front arm first in the motion and it seems to help bring me around.

what i usually tell people is to slide your back foot up a little and its easier to spin and jus pop the ollie and make a motion like a surface 1 and its jus easy from therre

also try and do it like you would 180 to switch manual on a skateboard. so many kids try to do it like on a skate board and bend there knees too much or nose dive every time.

| there isnt really a certain height you have to be. just remember to not turn your body until after you have already popped. |
