ive heard alot of people say alot of different things about how to do a kickflip and ive got it down to doing everything except the kickflip i think its because im not right over the board and also i come down before the board does what do i do???

Well if the board is coming down before you are, suck up your knees. Alot of time when I see people try kickflips they do a half arsed pop then flip so the board barely lifts off the ground. Make sure you're off the ground before you start the flip.

hang you foot off the edge more and towards the middle more

personally i think you have to find the foot position that you like becouse i have a diferent foot position as do many!

For kickflips your foot position can be anywhere but I suggest setting your feet up exactly like you would to do a medium sized ollie. You must concentrate on not only the flipping of the board but also the ollie involved. When executing the flick I say aim your front foot for the neutral part of the concave right before the nose begins. This will keep you directly over the board and going high enough in the air for it to completely flip underneath you. When you have a single flip down, move you front foot farther back and flick hard off the full concave in order to get down double and triple flips. Good luck.
