kickflip/vflip help

Ive been working on kickflips for awhile now and all of a sudden everytime i try i flip it varial, does anyone have any advise on how to fix this. But also i'm really getting close to sticking a vflip, it either doesnt flip all the way or a land it to bunched up to stand back up. Any advise would be good.

My kickflips go meesed up if I'm trying to throw them at a speed thats too slow. It doesn't seem to allow the board to release properly.

have your weight forward (over the board) and pop straight, then kick DOWN (not to the right or left) and then keep your body over the board then land.

also you might be cutting out too far. go about 5-6 feet out side of the wake and then flatten out.
