Sick looking bike. Is it belt drive? How do you like that?

Nice choice on the lock also. Should keep it safe.

stompin9s, thanks it's a single speed right now and I'm digging on that, I might buy a fixed gear cog at somepoint down the line. It's a Trek District, which is one of the first belt drives around. (First being mass produced.)

Greg T, the belt drive is flippin' awesome. Super quiet, and awesome as long as it has the right tension on it. Shocked (I went over the handles on my test ride when the belt slipped off because it wasn't tensioned properly...)

Now I just want to pick up a new new stem and handle bars, they're a bit higher then I'm used to.

DRAGON88, even though you have brakes, I would recommend getting cages, maybe some soma double gates if you have the $$$, and I saw that you want a new stem and bars. I had nitto bullhorns, they were fun, sold em. I have drops, I switch them out every so often, and I have the risers, I love the risers---most relaxed, easiest to use, fun, fun fun!!!

ZackFL(BRE), what shocks? Road bikes generally don't have shocks.

I rode about 30 miles today, and I love this thing. I wish I would have picked it up sooner... Also, this is going to be my bike blog post of sorts...

Picked up a new helmet too:
