I was cross training today skateboarding and was doin a pop shuv it with a body varial (180) Its not a bigspin so is it just a 180 shuv it or a varial shuv it or what? I wanna try them on the wakeskate when I get them more consistent on land

castalarial. i call it a cast for short. theyre pretty cool once you land them. i had them pretty solid

just like a caballerial (sp?)

its like the name of whoever invented it with varial at the end, just w/out the "v"

try and do as much of a normal shuv it as possible(aka dont try like a 180 as u push off the ollie and then do the 180, jump forward off thee board too. It helps to be stopped.
