Hey does anyone know of a professional level video editing program that they could reccomend? or just a really good one?

Adobe Premiere 6.5 or CS should do the job. It handles broadcast quality video, so I dont know how much more professional you can get then broadcast.

There all like $600-$700 at least thats what i saw on their website.

Ya the programs run around $600-$700 for Adobe Premiere and $1,000 for Final Cut Pro if your using a Mac. Like Stussy said, kazaa it.

You might get some Problems with freezing etc. I had a friend get like 8 copys of Premier from Kazaa and they all had issues. he got a legit copy and it works fine... But to be totally honest dump your PC and get a Mac =0) I use final cut Pro and i love it then again im also on a dual 2.0 G5. I have actualy seen some pretty good stuff done with Imovie too... Just my two cents.

ive used avid and i think its a wierd program to get into, like special effects and stuff, i like final cut and imovie for small stuff, i love using my mac
