Nasty weather all day got the creative juices flowing and I hatched a plan to build some stationary trucks for a skateboard deck and practice some tricks, while I waited for the weather to clear up.

sandiego4real, it's a block of mdf plywood, two bolts through the wood and the pvc pipe, and then screws through the deck into the block of wood.
