they're shared initials of scott byerly and brian grubb.
funnyfeni, someone pointed me to one of those last year and I bought it, but it is not in rideable condition. I think it's going to be REALLY hard finding one of these...I rarely see the hyperlite wood concaves around. I'll still keep an eye out...but I'd recommend trying some of the more updated wood concaves on the market.

I think that was supposed to be the original graphic, but that was not put on the wood board. Originally their wood boards were supposed to have a PBT base, but they couldn't get it to bond to the wood. I assume that the graphic pictured above would have been quite gnarly to screen print. The graphic that eventually made it on the 02 board is an image of scott and his two daughters. I'll link up a shot to the one I have here in a moment.

funnyfeni, how much would you pay for one that has never been ridden? I think some people autographed it...but who cares? It's up on display at our other location

I have the wooden one with the american flag graphic. I had the thing ordered for like 6 months before it was released and Bill at Performance hooked me up with one of the first production models. I have sealed mine a few times and taken good care of it and still ride it from time to time...

Electric--- my roommate keeps telling me to just move on and get a newer one. I have my old one but theres a crack in the middle of it. I think that board was the perfect weight for wakeskates in my opinion.
I dont know how much I would pay for the signed one.. To you it might be worth a lot with all the sigs but i could care less about the sigs. But brand new still. I guess somewhere in low one hundreds... Its still an older board with older tech.
Are the new composite boards any good. Are there any good wooden boards
stompin--- are there any real cracks that you know of or can you hear cracking when you step on it?
