How to ollie

hey i have been wakeboarding for a long time and have just picked up wakeskating and i need to know how to ollie and i don't know where to start so please help!

cut out and get a real solid edge, straiten out then pop an ollie, its almost like bouncing the board off the water, digging the tail into the water creates a little ramp which bucks you out, the harder you kick down the tail, the higher your ollies are gunna be, remember to kinda jump at the same time, and suck your knees up to get some height. start off small by just bouncing the board out the water doing really small ollies, as you progress they will start getting bigger and bigger.

if you have ever skated i think it is almost like skating but you have to remember to stay back on the board a little. used to be able to pop them but i would get pulled off the front of the board. i almost imagine it like doing a ollie on a skateboard but landing in a manual. that helped me.
