I resurfaced my rail on Fish River a week or so ago with vinyl floor and have been sessioning it a lot. I decided to get some of it on film today. The tide was out this afternoon so I had to ollie onto it. This I had never done before. It made it a lot harder to stay on the entire length. The rail is about 50ft long and the water depth ranges from 1-3.5 ft depending on the tides. Here is the link to my wakeskating page:

In '02 it was called the Cassette Projector 3D.

I would classify it as more of an obsession; I collect James Bond movie posters.
What did you think of the rail material?

That is crazy when you stand up in the video and the water is barely below your knees. What is on the bottom? I assume it gets deeper in the middle where the boat is running.

Dave,

The bottom is soft mud. The water gets a lot deeper as you walk away from the rail. The 4x4s I used had to be sunk 6ft in the ground because it is so soft.

Numb,

I did the graphics for my board. Here is the link for more information.
http://www.wakeskating.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2032&highlight=

That is the rail I hit most frequently because it is permanently in the ground. We have a 4ft high ramp and 14ft x 4ft floating dock that need to be resurfaced. We also built a 26ft long 4ft high pvc pipe A-frame that floats. The transitions on the A-frame are steep and I have only hit it on my wakeboard, but I am planning on putting it in permanently which will make more stable. Let me know if you want to see some pictures of them.
