Only one problem we are having..for some reason the rope is still being pulled in when the engine is idling....any ideas? It only happens sometimes but it is pretty annoying

Cyclone268, I think i remember mine doing that a little bit. After the tav belt wears in It should stay still. Either that or your idle is too high and its causing it to engage slightly.
