Anyone around here ride at Snowshoe? Goin up for the first time next month.

it's sick. my go to place on the east coast. and they just opened up new terrain towards the western territory i think. if it's decent conditions, i mean not icy, then go to cup run and hit up the western territory first thing in the morning before it gets rutted up. then if you're into the parks, they usually have a pretty sick set up at Silver Creek, which works with the same lift pass.

Well, i've only been snowboarding once, on ice, in the rain, in north carolina, in 36 degree weather. I'm hoping for better conditions.

it's such a hit or miss on the east coast. i've ridden prolly 80 days total here, and have powder maybe 4 times. 6" at the most. but good luck, i'm still jealous.

i like snowshoe

silvercreek is fun too

they are one of the few places here on the east coast with real snow

well they are all pretty much noob hills

it is the east coast

but the parks are fun.........can u hit rails?

no, like i said, i've only been once before and it was all ice (sugar mtn, NC). I'm hopin to improve since i'll have more riding time this trip

MrMarbles, that's not powder! That's a groomed run!!! I'm jealous that you are snowboarding right now, but you've got to get up early if you want the freshies.
